In 2004, ready for a new adventure, Oscar Betham relocated to American Samoa from Hawaii and joined Betham Technology Inc to initiated and operated B-Envision - a digital productions services of BTI which include Video Taping and Duplication, Video editing and production.

However, it was decided that to separate the digital production services from Betham Technology and Betham TechVision Inc (BTVi) was created in Feb 2007. “SEE THE WORLD THROUGH BTVi” is better reflected under Betham TechVision Inc. Oscar's vision under BTVi is to offer the people of Samoa and eventually the Pacific Region a perspective of the world and events through his eyes and the lens of his camera. BTvi is operated using high-end digital editing system and camera equipment, along with over 10 years of knowledge and experience in the media industry.  BTVi also has the ability to provide any production on DVD. BTVi believes in the power of motion pictures, whether it’s capturing a major event, the alluring footages of a destination or simply the special moments in someone’s life.
